Here’s Another Secret to Overcoming Your Mother’s Diet.

Maintain a balanced body weight by welcoming a balanced diet in your life.

Ten million females are in a life and death struggle with eating issues, while millions more are using diets, instead of healthy eating, to gain control of their weight. With these facts in mind it is prudent to include an examination of your mother’s past programming and your mother’s diet. That history would include mom’s attitudes about food and her control issues. You can explore this on your own by writing a brief history including attitudes about food, and what did Mom want to control in your life when you were growing up?

Clinically it is proven that only five percent of dieters have long lasting success. The following tool will be, however, long lasting in its effectiveness for helping you attain your weight dreams. Wouldn’t it be great for you to know this technique? Here it is. This is how you create your future, and how your weight dreams can come true. I’ve been doing this technique for years and my dreams of a balanced body weight and a balanced diet have come true. Using this tool over and over you’ll find unexpected insights into how step by step your life can change.

What you do is select pictures out of the magazines that your attention is drawn to with out second guessing. Keep in mind your title of “My Weight Dreams Come True”, or “My Balanced Body Weight”, or “My New Healthy Eating”, etc. This is like magic fun. Lay these pictures out in front of you. You can close your eyes and select a picture one by one. Then open your eyes and decide where to put it on a poster board of any color you select. Also you can cut out words and slogans that you are drawn to from the magazines. Use these in any way you want. When finished you have your dream collage.

Next display your dream collage. As you look at it each day decide to keep encouraging thoughts in your mind as you view it. In other words the principle here is working from the end goal to bringing it into the NOW. By giving your dream encouraging energy each day you are feeding your dream until it is born.

Dreaming is not just during sleep. Waking dreaming can open the doors to a larger awareness in areas of your life where you choose to put your attention. Dreams can access higher levels of wisdom that directly benefit your weight dreams. So let yourself go and dream as you follow through on making your dream collage to overcome negative aspects of your mother’s diet. Give yourself an opportunity to play and have fun doing this secret.
